I will wherever possible maintain a 2 metre distance at all times during drop off and collection, whilst wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 
(please note, only one person may accompany and collect your dog)

Only one dog will be allowed in the salon at a time. Dogs from the same family with a follow-on appointment, will have to come separately.

All dogs will be bathed first as per protocols, to ensure any possibility of the virus which can stay in pets hair, this will ensure maximum safety.

We ask that you please keep to your appointment time for arrival and collection, this will ensure no crossover of owners and pets occurs.

Please only visit the salon if you have an appointment.

If you need to enter the salon you will be required to wear a face covering and use to hand sanitiser provided.
Please also use the hand sanitiser as you leave.

Strict cleaning protocols are in place and extra time is allowed to do this between grooms.

Payment can be made by bank transfer (details given at salon). Cash is still taken and a box is left on the counter.
Please place the correct money inside.

Full PPE is worn by myself along with gloves as I may have to handle your lead. Your lead and collar are kept in plastic bag - used only for you. The bag will be disposed of on completion of your appointment.

My PPE is changed for each dog, as per protocols given from the Pet Federation.

Finally and most importantly, if you or anyone in your household is suffering from any of the symptoms PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL.  There will be no cancellation fee in these circumstances.
